2. Digital Products & Delivery
Format: Our products (The Journal, The Guide) are digital downloads (PDF/Audio). No physical items will be shipped.
Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access via the website or email. Please ensure your email address is correct.
3. Refund Policy (EU Right of Withdrawal)
Under EU Consumer Law, you typically have 14 days to cancel a purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content once the download/access has started, provided you have given your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PSSST-LET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the products.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us (e.g., €19.90). We make no guarantees that this product will stop your nail-biting habit, as results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
6. Payment Methods & Delivery
Delivery: The digital content (The Guide/Journal) is delivered electronically immediately after the payment is successfully verified. You will receive access directly on the website and/or via email.
Payment Gateway:Online payments are provided by Comgate, a.s.. The service provider, Comgate, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
Card Payment: The fastest way to pay online. into the Comgate payment gateway interface, enter the card number, validity date and CVC code - the three numbers that you will find in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you will receive via SMS from your bank.
Bank Buttons: Immediate payment via internet banking. The Comgate payment gateway redirects you to your internet banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the already prepared payment order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
